Background

Eribulin is a synthetic analog of the macrocyclic compound halichondrin B, which has been previously shown to

be a potent inhibitor of tubulin polymerization, microtubule assembly, and tubulin-depend GTP hydrolysis.Eribulin

is a microtubule targeting agent that is used for the research of metastatic breast cancer. Eribulin inhibits the

proliferation of cancer cells by binding microtubule proteins and microtubules.
